Solution
Annual performance reviews often highlight interpersonal relating and communication as an area for improvement. Yet it is hard to find a thorough grounding in communication which impacts also quickly on behaviours and attitudes. In response to a request by the assessment wing of Cambridge University (and its related business streams), we put together a three-part course focusing on three essential aspects of commuication:
