Brief
Our Leadership Team faces a tremendous challenge as we restructure. Can you support individuals to help them balance Trust-wide concerns, expectations and performance pressure with their own clinical practice?
Solution
We were asked to support the restructuring of a large national organisation by supporting the Leadership Team themselves. We are still working with the organisation, at present through delivering one-to-one coaching to the leads in various key areas of the Trust. Plans are in place to continue with some group facilitation, some larger meetings of the leaders with their staff, and some mediation work.
