Courses
The atmosphere of our courses is relaxed and enjoyable, and the learning both stimulating and thought-provoking. Activities include interactive exercises, discussions, personal reflection. Each course has a specially tailored course handbook, and participants also draw their own experience to gain first-hand and embedded understanding of the processes — a process that can be both challenging and illuminating.

Online Development Programmes (‘Blended Learning’)
We increasingly combine our interactive and formal trainings with new e-learning opportunities. This creates a dynamic learning community designed to engage and inspire participants, and maximises the benefits of new learning.
