Our Methods

Whether we meet you in a learning environment through a course or coaching, or because you have consulted us for a problem-solving intervention, our priority is to ensure that you are engaged and inspired by what we bring.

Our aim is to ensure that you:

  • Absorb (engagingly taught)
  • Retain (memorably delivered)
  • Embed (involving the whole person)

Consultancy

Adapting our methods to your needs, we work on the principle that every problem contains the seed of its own solution.

See our Consultancy pages for more details.

Courses

The atmosphere of our courses is relaxed and enjoyable, and the learning both stimulating and thought-provoking. Activities include interactive exercises, discussions, personal reflection. Each course has a specially tailored course handbook, and participants also draw their own experience to gain first-hand and embedded understanding of the processes — a process that can be both challenging and illuminating.

See our Courses pages for more details.

Coaching & Mentoring

Focused on solutions, we model listening and empathic enquiry as a means of discovering fresh forward directions, for offering feedback, and for teaching.

See our Coaching and Mentoring pages for more details.

Online Development Programmes (‘Blended Learning’)

We increasingly combine our interactive and formal trainings with new e-learning opportunities. This creates a dynamic learning community designed to engage and inspire participants, and maximises the benefits of new learning.

E-learning approaches include:

  • Regular email bulletins linked to an interactive blog
  • Course material sent via emails or available online, linked to ongoing course programmes
  • YouTube video clips
  • Audio material
  • Quizzes or questionnaires
  • Online discussion forums

See our Resources pages for more details.
