Mindfulness & Meditation Coaching
Mindfulness builds our resources through simple and accessible meditative exercises. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by events around, as well as by our emotional responses to what is happening. Mindfulness teaches us to bring calm and resourcefulness to what happens inside us, so we can respond with creativity and intelligence to what is going on outside us.
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to what is going on in and around us, from moment to moment, without judgement. It’s a natural way of being which is focused and aware, without tension or stress. It happens naturally whenever we are happy and absorbed, and brings a sense of lightness, ease and freedom, which we can apply to whatever we do, whether at home or at work.
